Mini Video Game Review – Two Point Museum

Recently I have been playing Two Point Museum; and it’s really good! Developed by Two Point Studios, Two Point Museum is a business simulation game, and sequel to Two Point Hospital, and Two Point Campus! Two Point Museum is simillar in gameplay to it’s two predecessors, but the setting is of course different, as this time around, players are instructed to build a museum. Each scenario has different goals and themes, so one is more about fossils, where as another is about sea life, and another is about ghosts, and many more. The game features the same comedic charm of the two previous games, and features a wealth of options and opportunities to build a really cool museum, as well as bonuses, to upgrade the experience received by the paying public. Making money early on can be tricky too, especially as you send experts out on expeditions to discover new exhibits and artefacts. And whilst the game doesn’t really have a difficulty selection option, it can be a real challenge from day one of the museum opening. But because it’s so in-depth, you don’t mind, as whilst they are challenging, the objectives are very much achievable, and act more like a puzzle to be solved. However it does seem like a con sometimes, when you discover the very small number of playable locations released so far, in comparison to the number of hospital locations there were in TPH. But despite this strange lack of locations, it’s a really cool and interesting game, and easily my favourite of the three Two Point games (for now)!
