Imagine the opposite of a National Lockdown!
The leader of a country makes an announcement, telling everyone to go outside, and stay outside. No-one can go home, to work, to the shops, to cafe’s, etc.
Why? Why can’t they go into any building? What’s life like now living permanently outside?
