Mini Film Review – Bronson

I didn’t really know what to think of this one.

Bronson is a biographical film starring Tom Hardy, who steps into the role of Britain’s most notorious prisoner: Charles Bronson. The early part of the film documenting Bronson’s first stretch in prison was really good and very interesting, as well as entertaining. Then after his release, the film slows down and just sort of flattens out and doesn’t really go anywhere. Tom Hardy is brilliant, a great performance and its a real display of his talents. The film though starts on a high and climbs until the half an hour mark and just flat lines. The first 30 – 40 minutes; Brilliant. The rest of it; pretty lost. The trailer is pretty awesome though!
