Mini Book Review – Horowitz Horror 2

Over the last few years, I have been reading Horowitz Horror 2; and it’s been a really good read! Written by Anthony Horowitz and published by Orchard Books; Horowitz Horror 2 is a collection of short horror stories for teenage readers. The stories are pretty scary, but the impact can be hit and miss. Some stories for instance are genuinely scary, whilst some just make you think, and one I found more hilarious than frightening. The ending’s though do bring the stories back down to earth and make you remember that they are meant to be scary. It has been a fun read over the last few years and am now excited to read the first one!
