Mini TV Review – Zoo (Season 2)

Recently I have been watching the second season of Zoo; and it’s been pretty good! Based on the novel of the same name by James Patterson and Michael Ledwidge, and starring James Wolk, Kristen Connolly, and Nonso Anozie; season 2 of Zoo follows the group as they try to fix the world that is now under threat by animals who have all turned on humanity! The set-up to the series felt a little rushed into the situation, but this season though has a lot more consistency, and what felt like a genuine running story throughout; rather than one that was put together on the fly. This season also featured improved special effects which made the animal attacks look more genuine and scary. It featured cool new cast members (including Alyssa Diaz), some surprising sacrifices, and real moments that you don’t see coming; which then leads to a surprising (but still a little rushed) ending, with reason to discover more!
