At high school, in the weekly list of activities or schedule of classes (it was literally a time table of education); we would get two P.E. lessons (Physical Education). One of the lessons was an actual lesson where we would learn something; where as the other was labelled ‘Games’. Now what ‘Games’ was, was basically: Forced Exercise!
