Recently I have been reading Notes on a Nervous Planet; and it has been Awesome! Written by Matt Haig and published by Canongate; Notes on a Nervous Planet is a non-fiction book about the stresses of a modern world, and how to feel better about yourself, and take back control in areas of high stress and anxiety. The book talks a lot of sense as many of the stories and guides come from the author’s own experiences. The book is broken into sections, featuring a multitude of scenarios, written as plainly and as simply as possible, to bring the point home in the easiest and most understandable way possible. The book’s mini chapters are a great casual read, as many are just one page to read, and I found it a great read at bedtime, when I wanted to read something small. So, altogether, easy, helpful, and awesome!
